WHO
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic designer to join our team as a project lead for both public and private assignments, in Belgium and abroad. Work experience, experience as a project lead, practical and/or ecological knowledge, and on-site construction experience are all strong assets.

HOW
A positive attitude—even under varying workloads and deadlines—is one of your intrinsic qualities. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, but who can also work independently in a self-organising and proactive way in the role of project lead.
You’ll work within our design team, which includes landscape architects, architects, and ecologists. We are a close-knit and dynamic group, each bringing our unique perspectives and strengths. We are happy to support and guide you where needed, enabling you to quickly grow into a more independent role. As a project lead, you will guide the team across various projects and allocate tasks based on team members’ individual talents and interests. You are a motivator and a strong organiser.
For public projects, you will collaborate with architects and design teams both in Belgium and internationally. Proficient communication in English and French is therefore essential. We primarily work with AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp.

WHERE
Our design studio is based on our farm in Overijse, where we foster a creative and homely environment that includes workshops, animals, test zones, a nursery, and greenhouses. In addition, we also have a location in the centre of Brussels from which we work.

THE JOB
